To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please review the following details:
Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day.
Advance Request Required: Pool heating should be requested at the time of booking and no later than 5 days prior to your arrival to ensure it's ready for you.
Heating Time: Please allow 2-3 days for the pool to reach a comfortable temperature of 80-87°F.
Payment: The heating fee will be invoiced separately through the platform after your booking is confirmed.

Please note there are exterior cameras, they do not look into any interior spaces. There is also noise monitoring outside. It does not record conversations etc. only decibel levels. Please remember to be respectful of the neighbors during quiet hours.
