Exceptional Scottsdale VRBO

This was our best VRBO experience ever! Although it is called a "casita", this is a full-size two-bedroom house that is gorgeous both inside and out. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a perfect get-away. Our son had a baseball tournament in town, and the batting cage was awesome! The batting cage is fully equipped with a pitching machine (with a ball feeder) and a moveable mound for pitching practice – the batting cage it was spacious and shaded (a huge plus!). The owner, Raymond, was incredibly helpful and even gave us a lesson on how to use the pitching machine right away when we arrived (after we asked). The house is super quiet and the location is ideal and close to all of the best restaurants and activities. We brought our labradoodle dog who loved the house and his daily walks in the beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub and grill were also really nice. We truly loved everything about this wonderful house and its hosts and we would encourage anyone to stay here – whether you plan to hit baseballs or not, it is perfect in every way!

Lived larger than expected

Traveled to Scottsdale to visit family friend and this casita was the perfect location. We are a family of 5 and was worried about staying in a casita but this property was great. We loved the batting cage, basketball hoop, and the space lived larger than 2 bedrooms. We had a great experience.

Beautiful casita and awesome location!

My son and I stayed in Scottsdale to escape the cold for several days after Christmas and this home was a perfect fit. The location is perfect for everything in Scottsdale from north to south, the condition of the rooms and living spaces is clean and beautiful, and the host, Raymond, is exceptional and very easy to communicate with. We had an outstanding stay!

Beautiful house, great location, amazing hosts

We went to Scottsdale for Spring Training and wanted a property close to Salt River Flats. This property was conveniently located and in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The hosts were very communicative and gracious, even bringing fresh flowers as a welcome gift! When booking they had clear directions and contacted us a week before our trip. The house was clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the little touches of home were there (even the ones we were hoping we wouldn’t need - like a first aid kit). There were plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. My boys LOVED the batting cage and my husband and I took advantage of the hot tub. The property is gated and fenced so we felt very comfortable allowing our children to play outside while we relaxed on the covered porch. We look forward to staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This property was located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very conveniently located to places for dinner, shopping, and great hikes. The casita was very comfortable. The hot tub was very nice. Raymond was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing place and location

We cannot say enough about this property. All the amenities you need, and the location is perfect for any Scottsdale trips. Raymond was great at responding and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing place!

First off the Casita section was extremely nice, clean and roomy! Raymond was an outstanding owner and was very accommodating! Very centrally located to many activities, restaurants and shopping. Hot tub was great feature! First class place to stay and will keep in touch with them for future stays when in Scottsdale! If you have kids playing sports the batting cage was a great feature as well! Wonderful experience.

Casita Perfection

Perfect for a family. We were out visiting family and hitting a spring training game. Our son plays baseball and having the batting cage was perfect for a little hitting on his off time. Having the basketball set up was icing on the cake. The casita was very clean, private, and all the necessities of home and then some. The fountain in the mornings was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed. 5 stars all the way. Thank you.

Exceeded all expectations

Everything from check in to the time we left the property was effortless. The property owner lives on site so anything that we needed (which was nothing as everything was spot on) was right there to handle it. Casita was beautiful and very well appointed. Location was excellent and close to all the things Scottsdale has to offer from golf to restaurants and shopping. We will be returning to Scottsdale and this is the first place we will be looking at to stay. Well done and a big thanks to Ryan for providing a wonderful weekend.

Highly recommend - super clean with high end amenities

Overall highly highly recommend this property. Not only was the property beautiful, with high end finishes and amenities, but the owner is was outstanding to work with. We are super picky and have high expectations. They were all met. Property was pristine upon arrival - super clean. No clutter, yet had everything you need. Spacious; thoughtfully set up so there is open space to put whatever you bring. We will absolutely rent again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!

Mom’s/son’s trip

Raymond was very nice and good communication. The casita was gorgeous and was perfect for our mom’s/son’s trip. The boys enjoyed the batting gage. While us moms enjoyed the hot tub. Safe place to stay. Would recommend staying!

Perfect spot!!

Spent Thanksgiving week here with my wife and two boys (10 & 14). Loved it! It is centrally located in an upscale neighborhood within minutes of everything. The place was spotless, well appointed. The batting cage is awesome and hot tub is clean and relaxing. The owner, Ray, great guy and was easily available if needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Scottsdale Paradise

What a beautiful casita with all the features one might want and need. It’s location is perfect, close to golf, restaurants, hiking trails and shopping. The hot tub was a pleasant bonus after a long day of golfing. The property manager, Raymond, was readily available for any questions that we had and needed answered. We can’t wait to come back again, what a great vacation.
