  • Mukava ja kaunis koti kävelyetäisyydellä Mayon klinikan sairaalasta. Se on yhden mailin päässä Scottsdale-tieltä, 3 mailia Keirland Commonsin ulkokeskukseen ja 4. 5 mailia WestWorldiin. 3 mailin säteellä sijainnista on useita ravintoloita, baareja, elokuvateattereita ja ulkovaellusretkiä. Talo on tilava 2375 m² ranch-tyylin yksi tarina. Yhdessä puolella on makuuhuone ja iso vammaisilla varustettu pääkylpy. Talon vastakkaisella puolella on 2 makuuhuonetta. The home is spacious with beautiful furniture. The location is perfect for accessing major streets and freeways around Scottsdale and Phoenix. The neighborhood is quiet. We truly enjoyed the property.

This home is beautiful with a beautiful front and backyard. The pool was the best. Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host was the best. So easy to keep in contact with if needed. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to any kind of shopping you would want. Easy access to the freeways to take road trips. Hands down this home had it all! I definitely would stay again if in the area.

North Phoenix property

The property was perfectly located for us. Close to family, stores shopping etc. The home was not well maintained and had issues. Not one of my better rentals over the years.

Pricing is good, home needs some TLC

This is a very nice home in a great location, unfortunately there is a fair amount of deferred maintenance that needs to be done. The owner works hard to solve issues, but she can only do so much from a remote location and this effects the rental experience. IMO, the rental cost is below market rate, so its a good value but it comes with some compromise for the renter.

Cliff stay

Property was close to any commercial requirements needed. The Scottsdale airport and the hotse track were both close to the property, This was perfect for me.

Lovely home

As a family of three adults, we truly enjoyed the recent stay in this Scottsdale home. The location, neighborhood and amenities were excellent and the house was clean and inviting. All went well and the only minor suggestion would be brighter lighting in the bedrooms since the current wattage seemed quite dim. We would return to the home without hesitation!

Lovely Home in a Great Location

This was our first time trip to Arizona. Phoenix was in the middle of a heat wave, but since this home had everything we could’ve needed and was super close to places to eat and the grocery store, we hardly noticed! The pool had an older tree nearby that offered the perfect shade in the afternoon, so we were able to lay out without fear of burning. I think I would’ve stayed here all summer if I could’ve! The only hiccup was communicating via the VRBO system was not as effective as by phone, so just a tip for future renters who rarely call people. The owner was wonderful and always available. We would stay here again!

We loved this house and its location. We would absolutely rent it again.

The location of this house is perfect; close to so many attractions. The back yard was so quite!! We stayed for a month and would saty again!

The house and backyard were fantastic, exactly like the photos. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. And the owner was very helpful and gave us a couple great restaurant recommendations. Would absolutely come back!

Waste Management golf stay

Had a great stay at this property. Two suggestions, better reading lighting. We all enjoy reading in our down time and this is one complaint common on our VRBO stays. Also another tv in the front living room would be nice since 4 of the 6 of us wanted to watch golf? To bad for the other two.

Thanksgiving 2019

We came to Phoenix to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. We hosted Thanksgiving at the house and had all of our needs met. Very spacious home with all the comforts of home. Tim was very kind and accommodating as well. We look forward to coming back!

Like home

We spent 4 nights in this lovely home. Very comfortable and we wanted for nothing. The manager Tim is always willing to help if necessary. Kathleen the owner was always available by phone in our case. We all felt at home and had the best time in Scottsdale. I do recommend this house.

Terrific property and location

We enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and felt very much like we were enjoying a wonderful stay at our own home!! We would recommend this property to others. The hostess was very gracious -- she checked in with us to be certain that everything was to our liking -- and it most certainly was!!!

Great place to stay.

I and all my guest had a great stay. Tim who oversees the place was very responsive to any needs we had. I would definitely stay there again. It was quiet and had great access to all the places we wanted to go.

Great Home and Location!

We stayed here while my mother recovered from a procedure she had done at the Mayo Clinic and it could not have been more perfect. The house was extremely clean and fully furnished. Truly a home away from home! A quite neighborhood but close to several grocery stores and good restaurants. Kathleen was an amazing host! Extremely friendly and very easy to get a hold of. She checked in with us a couple of times during our stay, just to make sure everything was ok. Don't hesitate to rent from her!
