This unit sits back in the complex and is nice and quiet looking out on to Camelback Mountain. The unit has flat screen, smart TVs & Blu-Ray players in both living area and bedroom and wi-fi. Walk-in shower, sofa, recliner, high-end furnishings, good storage, both inside and outside dining, all stainless and premium appliances. There are so many good restaurants around that you don't need to ever cook, but if you do wish to cook or entertain, this unit is all set up for you with quality dishes, cookware and bar ware. We regret that we can not offer discounts during the months of Jan-March, but we are open to multi-month and last minute discounts the other 9 months of the year. Also, please note that the State of Arizona does not charge lodging tax for stays over 30 days so longer stays may save you money.
