Welcome to HOLLY HOUSE! Only 6 minutes to all the local hot spots in Old Town Scottsdale, and nestled in a gem of a neighborhood you’ll find it to be in a perfect (and convenient) location! We packed this 4bed/3bath house full of thoughtful amenities, a chefs kitchen, resort style backyard, and a heated pool to make your stay unforgettable! This house was designed for bachelorette trips, a girls' weekend getaway, family gatherings, or a couples retreat. We can't wait to host you!

HOLLY HOUSE FEATURES:
-Outdoor covered entrance with 2 swinging chairs and seating area.
-4 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens & 2 full sized beds) all beds include very comfortable memory foam cooling mattresses- no bunk beds!
-Workstation includes desk with comfortable chair
-Every bedroom has a full-length mirror
-3 full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers and fresh towels
-Large open concept floor plan
-Living room with plenty of seating: 2 couches, 2 chairs and 2 poufs
-65” tv with Roku
-Indoor dining room
-Large kitchen island with 4 barstools
-Bar area with mixology set, shaker, beer & wine opener, cocktail books and crystal ice bucket
-Make-up vanity bar with 4 chairs
-Fully stocked chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances
-Coffee bar stocked with k-cups, ground coffee, tea assortment, sweetener assortment and creamer.
-Selfie station with full-length mirror
-Ring light with phone holder
-Washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets
-Iron and ironing board
-Board games: for the girls, cards against humanity with multiple expansion packs, pricetitution, LRC & several decks of cards
-Resort style backyard

-FREE heated pool with 3 heart shaped pool floats (pool float pump available if you bring your own)

-4 loungers with 2 umbrellas around pool
-Large outdoor couch, daybed, and two chairs around pool for plenty of seating
-Outdoor dining area for 10 (additional chairs available) with umbrella
-Bistro lights covering pool area and outdoor dining area
-Outdoor bar with 4 bar stools and tiki umbrella
-Turf area with corn hole, large jenga, large connect four, and the ring swing game
-Outdoor fire pit with 6 chairs
-Fruit trees (orange, grapefruit, lemon) where you can help yourself!
-Grill with all utensils needed
-Yoga mats, resistance bands & pilates ball
-Travel crib with crib sheets and high chair for kids
-Alarms are on windows and doors leading to the backyard. You can choose to turn them on with a simple click of a switch.
-A Christmas tree will be set up in the living room from November 15- Jan 2

BY BOOKING HOLLY HOUSE, ALL GUESTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

1. Check in: 3pm, Check out: 10am. Early check-in is sometimes available depending on availability.

2. We do not allow parties, events, or excessive noise levels. The amount of guests you book for is the amount of guests allowed at the property. Additional guests (vendors) must be approved. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests indicated on the reservation. Any additional guests or visitors are not permitted unless approved ahead of time by the host.

3. We provide a small bluetooth speaker for guests to use. No additional speakers are allowed at the property. The music level should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls in order to be respectful of our neighbors and comply with the City of Scottsdale noise ordinance. Quiet hours from 9pm – 9am. This home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located outside the home. It does NOT record sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels. We will be notified if this device is tampered with. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2,500)

4. No confetti or glitter allowed. If used, an extra cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to guests.

5. No smoking of any kind, anywhere on the premises. This includes the use of e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana. Violation of this rule will include a fee of $1,000 and removal from the property without refund.

6. No pets. I know, I know, we love dogs too. If animals are on the property, an additional $500 per-day will be charged to guests.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

8. Pool safety. No diving allowed as our pool is very shallow. We do not have a pool fence so do not leave children unattended in the backyard.

9. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

10. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.

11. No tampering with the pool equipment. The pool hose must remain in the pool at all times.

12. Have fun and please respect our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.

This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations.
