Casa Gamble sleeps up to 10 max guests in 2 King Bedrooms and 3 Queen Bedrooms. 4 bedrooms upstairs (including the Master) and 1 King Bedroom on the main level with no stairs. 1 full bath and a powder room on the 1st level. 2 more full baths on the 2nd level. 3 separate living areas for your group to spread out, including a kids room with games, video games, toys, game tables, etc... The beautiful outdoor area offers a covered patio with comfortable seating, natural gas fire pit, propane BBQ, optional Heated Pool*, Hot-Tub and MOUNTAIN and SUNSET VIEWS. Poker/Game/Billiards Table! You will find TV's in all 3 living rooms, as well as the master bedroom, downstairs bedroom and 1 other Queen room upstairs.     This North-Phoenix location is a great jumping point to visit Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon with quick access to I-17 Highway. The community features meandering walking paths found throughout the neighborhood for everyone to enjoy and experience the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. There are two centrally located parks. The main park features a large heated swimming pool and kiddie pool along with a playground. The other park features a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool and spa. It also offers a playground, grassy play area, sand volley ball court, tennis courts and a full court basketball area. Your kids will love it!

    ***The private pool IS able to be heated for an additional $400/week to 85 degrees. The Hot-Tub can be used at no cost. You can also use the community heated pools/spa just down the road!
    ***Sorry, NO PETS allowed

Very nice location with ver private backyard! Spacious interior, 3 living areas, large kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Nice outdoor seating areas, 3 to choose from plus a pool and hot tub; pool can be heated but doesn’t get very warm. Very nice furnishings throughout and very nice beds and mattresses! Close to highway, grocery stores and main conveniences.

We had a wonderful stay - the property was clean, the beds were very comfortable with wonderful bedding, and the pool, hot tub and grill were great! We had a wonderful stay and would go back again in a heartbeat!

Just Wow!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Nicely furnished, quality linens, and packed with amenities and supplies. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful way to enjoy the AZ sunshine (in February!) We will definitely look to book this home again in the future.

Perfect for a Family Vacation!

Amazing house in a great location with a beautiful view! Wes (Host ) was quick to respond to all of our questions! We spent a lot of time in the incredible pool and hot tub, watching the sunset! Perfect location for a quick trip into Phoenix to watch a game or to head north to do some site seeing. Have stayed in several VRBOs and none have been stocked as well as this one with all of the necessities for a great stay!

Family Wedding Vacation

Could not have been happier with this property. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone. Several living areas to spread out and relax Well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels , blankets, games ,dishes, pots and pans and small appliances The pool and spa are spectacular! No neighbors behind property for amazing views and sunsets. If another vacation brings us to this area , will definitely stay again.

Spring Break Family Trip

Very clean, very family friendly. Had plenty of space for people to spread out if needed. Very kid friendly for our 18 month old, and had some nice age appropriate toys. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great place for families. Great location for hiking trails that were close, and kids and grandparents could both do. Close to grocery store and restaurants both drive thru and eat in. Would definitely go there again.

Beautiful Property

The house was grander than the pictures show! The kitchen was extremely well-stocked- I can’t imagine what someone could possibly be in need of beyond what was provided. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The only thing that was bothersome was that the neighbors claimed we were playing loud music on the first night- which we weren’t- so it made me anxious that other lies might be told going forward. Nothing more happened and Wes was immediately responsive to a small toilet fix during our week. Overall a great stay!

Great location and house with lovely views

This was a great house to stay in. You can't beat the location and the neighborhood. The house is huge and comfortably slept 8 of us with plenty of room for more... There are 4 separate areas to just hang out giving plenty of space for everyone (not including bedrooms). The pool and hottub were great. We did have some minor issues with the fire pit not working, but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again when we return!

Stunning home with great views and wildlife

My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay. The house was literally outfitted with everything we needed, from ample pool towels to paper towels to ground coffee to more plates and cookware than anyone could ever need. Since the house had everything we needed, it gave us more time to chill and relax with family. The wifi worked perfect. The hot tub was fantastic. Everyone loved the two staircases. Plenty of gathering spaces. We definitely would recommend for family and friend gatherings and we look forward to booking again in the future for times when we can't fit all our family in our local home.

Overall the home was perfect for our group. 5 bedrooms and 3 separate living room areas. Plenty large enough for our group. The location was perfect and the scencery was beauitful. The pool and hot tub were very nice too. The only downfall was the gas fire pit never worked. The property manager came out to look at it the first day and said he would get back to us to fix it. We never heard back from the rest of the week so we never got to use the firepit. Also one of the toilets never worked. The beds were all very comfortable. Overall it was very nice and we would definitely consider staying here again next time

North of Phoenix

The property needs to provide an instruction sheet on the site. The entertainment area (ataria console) was not usable, the pool and hot tub was not heated nor were instructions left on how to turn on the heater. Both outside umbrellas were broken, one was usable, the other one was not.

Very disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home, though decorated nicely, kitchen and bathrooms needed deep cleaning. Leaky plumbing left a bad ordour throughout. Propane wasn’t sufficiently, had to be requested. Black mold in bathrooms. We were there a month, hard to ignore deficiencies.

Great stay with lovely views

We had a great stay. This house works beautifully for family gathering. Enough space for everyone to spread out and have some privacy when they want it, but good spaces for everyone to hang together too. Clean house, comfy beds. Bathrooms aren't high-end finishes, but were fine. Having 3 full baths was great. Would suggest hotel-type, easy-wash bath mats instead of the carpet-style that never seem that clean. Kitchen is large, had all the right basic equipment and nice gas stove for our family that likes to cook. The outdoor space was excellent. Desert views from pool/patio are lovely for both morning coffee and sunset happy hours. Nice pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating- all in good shape and easy to use. Covered parking is a plus. Very nice neighborhood, easy access to highways, close to El Encanto Dos, grocery shopping, Cave Creek shops, etc. Property manager was professional and responsive to any questions. Overall great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was as depicted in photos and description. It is a comfortable 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house, with one bedroom on the main level perfect for anyone wishing to avoid stairs. There were four living room areas, great for participating in different activities - pool, card games, relaxing, naps, and movie watching. The backyard and courtyard were the jewels of the stay - with seating in the backyard for up to 10. we spent many evenings watching the sunset and mornings sitting in the hot tub listening to the birds. The courtyard was perfectly cool on the warmer days to spend time relaxing to the sounds of the fountain. The house is close proximity to grocery stores, hiking, shopping and out door biking. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our 40 day stay. During that time there were a few minor issues but were resolved quickly by house host who was easy to content with and quick to respond. Will definitely be back in the future!

The house is set up for entertaining. Great view with a nice pool and hot tub. Several big tv’s throughout the house. Fully furnished with just about anything you need. The garage has cars in it so parkimg inside isn’t available nor was that disclosed.
