Welcome to Glendale Az! Our home is located in a great neighborhood. We are across the street from Arizona Cardinals stadium, Desert Diamond Arena ,Westgate Entertainment Center, AMC theaters, Casinos and more.

The space
The entire house is yours to enjoy! We have a selection of movies for adults and kids. Life size connect four, jenga, and a pool table for you to enjoy.

Garage is not available.

Jacuzzi is only heated during the months of October through April and is only available on request and for an additional fee. $40 per day. Pool cannot be heated.

If you workout everyday you can run or walk the green belt. If you walk out of the house turn right and follow the road to the end and you will see the green belt. You can take the trail all the way to the stadium. It's a very nice walk.

Our hosts were very friendly and responsive.The house was clean and had extra snacks and water bottles. Our granddaughters truly enjoyed the jacuzzi and even the cold dip in the swimming pool.The pool table was a big hit with everyone.

Our family had a nice time at this property. It was a treat to have coffee and muffins for us upon arrival. In addition to being able to log in to streaming services, there were multiple DVDs available. As others have noted, responses were quick. While we grilled out, the hot tub was an enjoyable option to keep the grilled company as was the fire pit. While we did not utilize the pool table or other indoor games, I imagine other families would. All in all, there were aspects of this VRBO that appealed to everyone in our party.

Casa verde

The house clean so good everything good except for the matter that two days before our arrival the owner of the place let me know that the jacuzzi was out of service I believe they should test everything on the house before renting the place because my children was expecting to have fun on the first day of our trip I sincerely don’t recommend this place because they don’t show exactly what they have for us we lost one day of fun enjoying the whether on the valley it was a total lost especially if you only go for 3 days or the weekend.

We traveled from Oregon to Arizona for a high school baseball tour, his was the perfect landing spot for our family and friends. Great retreat from the Arizona heat. Hosts are amazing and very quick to reply! Everything was great

Perfect place for our group

This house was the perfect option for our group of 5. The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it very comfortable to spread out. There were ample options for seating throughout the house and outdoors in the backyard making our stay very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and thoughtful. They provided plenty of extra towels and amenities such as water, k-cups for coffee, and even smaller items such as zip lock bags which actually came in very handy. The pool table and games were also very fun. The outdoor area is quite nice with a great small pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was very quiet and walkable. The entertainment area in Glendale was really nice and within about a 25-30 minute walk. There’s also a nice trail at the end of the neighborhood that takes you right to the stadium. It was the perfect option for our group seeing some spring training baseball in the Glendale area.

All around great!

This owner has provided everything you need to feel at home. Very thoughtful in the details, just an overall clean home, comfortable beds and bedding and even had towels for the pool. Hand soaps in bathrooms were very nice! There was a treat basket drinking water and coffee pods! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place for a Golf Weekend

Probably the best place I've stayed at for a group of 4 golfers. And would be great for a couples retreat.And of all the places we've stayed over the last decade, the best pool table! We've played league pool for years, and never used the pool tables at a VRBO as they are always crooked and terrible. This was like we were in the pub again!And lastly, the hot tub attached to the pool was perfect. We will hopefully stay here again. Perfect place.

Great location, close to stadium, restraints and entertainment.

We stayed here because it was close to the stadium for a football game. Tons of great restaraunts, bars, entertainment with walking distance. The home was just as advertised. Clean, everything worked great, comfortable and the owners were very responsive. Highly recommend

Football Weekender

This property is located across from the stadium and is a great location those wishing to walk to a tailgate party and walk back to the house. Every picture was as posted. The house was clean, non cluttered and comfortable. A movie tray of goodies and sweets were a nice touch. The bed are comfortable for the memory foam crowd. A little different for my dad who swears by springs mattress. Like most houses we rent the T.V.s had streaming abilities and the manufactured provided free stations. All rooms had a T.V. Only the one in the living room did not stream which was a problem for 3 older men into watching sports together. Thankfully I brought my computer. After a trip to Bestbuy, we hooked up to the HDMI outlet and watched a few game together. The timer on the hottub shuts off early so, a late evening soak was not possible on the first night but, this was address by the Veronica's husband who stopped by in the morning to see what was wrong. He showed me how to turn the heater on bypassing the timer. Thanks. Lastly, overall I have every intention of renting here again. 12 years straight we have came out to see the 49ers play the Cardinal. The last 2 in rentals. This location is prime with all the new business popping up. We drove less than a quarter tank of gas to and from the airport, eat, and hang out with friends. With a new TV in the front room this house would be a 5 star plus.

Nice Place

Place was great, very convenient for a game at State Farm stadium. The only slightly negative is the extra money charged to heat the hot tub. Not a huge issue but something to keep in mind.

Great location and home

We really enjoyed our stay! We came with friends for a concert and appreciated how close the house was to all of the fun things and a quick 20-30 mins away from Phoenix or Frontier Town. Veronica was easy to communicate with. The amenities the house offered were great- we especially enjoyed the movie selection, which was perfect for the evenings we wanted to relax.
