This 3 bedroom home with bonus room is the perfect place to call home base while you explore all of the incredible destinations in the Phoenix area! Relax in the large, beautiful outdoor space with heated (and newly remodeled!) pool, covered patio area, lounge chairs, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and outdoor fireplace! Kitchen is well equipped and bedrooms furnished, with TV's in the king and queen rooms and the bonus room.

We're minutes away from several MLB Spring Training facilities and State Farm Stadium - home of the Arizona Cardinals! We're also near to Lake Pleasant, downtown Phoenix, Hurricane Harbor, Castles and Costers, hiking biking and too much to list!

Other amenities include: Washer & Dryer, A/C, Ceiling Fans, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes. Plus complementary beverages in the fridge, and coffee and tea by the Keurig. Driveway with RV Parking space

Please Note Before Booking…
-There is an additional cost of $25/night to heat the pool, with 4 days notice to heat. We will message you a few days before check-in to confirm whether you would like us to begin heating and add the fee.

- The individual booking the property must also be a guest at the property during the stay. If you are booking for other travelers, please have one of the guests make the booking instead or reach out for prior permission.

- The occupancy limit for this property is 9

- Makeup/foundation wipes are provided in the bathrooms. Please do not use regular hand/bath towels with skin products. Stained towels will result in additional cleaning fee.

- Please do not rearrange indoor furniture and outdoor dining set - Chaise lounge chairs and pool chairs may be moved, but please return them to their original location prior to checkout. This will help our wonderful cleaning team.

- There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children are prohibited from using the pool without an attending adult. Keep chain lock latched on back door when backyard is not in use. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents that arise from the use of the pool.

- With higher temperatures in June-September the pool heater is generally not necessary.

- If temperatures dip below 50* at night, pool may not be able to reach 80* during the day.
