This house is designed for Relaxing stays not large gatherings - Outdoor noise carries quickly in this neighborhood and must be kept to a minimum. This is a great house in a great Location, I self manage for the last 6 years and always try to be the best host and offer a great house with lots of amenities and keep fee's to a minimum.
