Our resort style Executive Condo will surround you in luxury, with quality features and amenities throughout. This ground level unit has a split floorplan with private dual master bedroom suites and private full bathrooms with luxurious tiled walk-in showers and lighted vanity mirrors. A wrap around Copenhagen leather sofa and lift top coffee table make a great place to relax in front of our 75” big screen TV complete with a PlayStation 5 to keep you entertained. Ceiling fans in each room with remote controls, a Bluetooth speaker, plush blankets and pillows, top-down-bottom-up window shades, and frosted sliding bedroom windows are just a few of the quality touches throughout.
The spacious open kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with 4 swivel bar stools, stainless steel appliances with a double oven, a reverse osmosis water filter, and Keurig and drip coffee makers. We love to cook and have stocked the kitchen with quality tools and supplies for your cooking and baking needs.
Both full luxurious bathrooms have walk in tiled showers with rain shower heads and separately controlled shower wands, as well as a water softener and plush bath towels to wrap you in softness.
The master bedroom suites have white down comforters and memory foam mattresses for a comfortable night’s rest, as well as wireless phone chargers and large wall mounted flat screen TVs. One bedroom has an attached private full bathroom, and there is a pocket partition door to separate the second bedroom and bathroom from the living area to make it into another private suite. It’s furnished with a desk for when the work needs to get done, and there is also a convenient laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer when it’s time to clean up.
For the times when you’d like to get outside and enjoy one of our almost 300 yearly days of sunshine there is a front patio with a sitting area, as well as a community heated pool and hot tub a short walk away, and a grassy common area with picnic tables and bbq grills. You will have a covered, assigned parking spot directly in front of the condo, as well as several uncovered and unassigned parking spots available to use.
