Centrally located with convenient access to 3 major freeways (US 60, I-10, & Loop 101), getting around is a breeze! You are only:

- 10 min to Airport
- 10 min to Arizona State University & Mill Avenue
- 15 min to Old Town Scottsdale
- 15 min to Phoenix (NBA and MLB)
- 20 min to Gilbert
- 30 min to Glendale (NFL and NHL)

This home sits on a big corner lot in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It features a spacious open floor plan that is perfect for large groups. If for some reason you happen to tire of the many amazing nearby restaurants, you will love using the beautiful, fully-stocked kitchen with matching stainless steel appliances to whip up a home-cooked meal. (I can personally vouch for the microwave, which handles leftover pizza like a charm).

Inside the home you'll find modern interior design, curated furnishings, deliciously comfortable memory foam beds, and a ridiculously large 75 inch 4K TV. Yes, the inside is amazing, but I suspect you'll be tempted to spend most of your time in the inviting backyard instead.

Hop into the brand new, retro-styled diving pool or simply lay beside it and bask in the Arizona sun. And when the sun starts to fade, fire up the charcoal grill and gather your crew under the string-lit, covered patio for a night of games, laughs, and/or movies on the 50 inch outdoor TV.

That’s right, I said games. The game cabinet in the dining room is literally stuffed with games. Go wild! Or if you prefer games of skill, try your luck with the ring on a string game or giant jenga under the back patio.

Does your trip include some work too? That's a bummer, but I’ve got you covered. You'll find a dedicated workspace with a big, 32 inch LG monitor in the back bedroom away from all the action. Plug in and get to work bigshot. Of course, the entire house is blanketed with blazing fast WiFi, so you’re not entirely restricted to the back room. I recommend working in the backyard by the pool instead. The boxwood wall makes a really great zoom background.

- Bedroom 2 - Queen Tuft & Needle memory foam mattress, AC, ceiling fan, full length mirror, desk and 32 inch LG monitor
- Bedroom 3 - Queen Zinus memory foam mattress, AC, ceiling fan, full length mirror
- Bedroom 4 - Twin over Full bunk bed with hybrid memory foam mattresses (top bunk not suitable for adults)

2 Bathrooms:
- Master Bathroom - Ensuite with walk-in rain shower
- Guest Bathroom - In main hallway with tub/shower combo

Traveling with small children? 2 pack-n-plays and 1 high chair are provided for your convenience. Both doors to the backyard feature top locks for extra protection, but please note that the pool is not fenced.

Guest Access:

This property features 24/7 self check-in with smart locks. Check-in instructions with unique entry code will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, you have the property to yourself. Feel free to roam!

Other things to Note:

- Free and fast WiFi is included (50+mbps download, 3+mbps upload).
- Free high-capacity washer and dryer are located on-site.
- Free parking is included. Covered carport for 2 cars with more space in the driveway and on the street.
- 3 smart TVs capable of streaming your favorite content (use your own login information).
- The charcoal grill is BYOC - Bring Your Own Charcoal.
- The pool is not heated. If you’re from Chicago, you’ll probably still think it’s warm in the winter. Does Arizona even have winter?
- The pool is not fenced. Please keep your kids safe by using the top lock on the backyard doors.
- The fully-stocked stainless steel appliance kitchen includes all essential cooking tools and plenty of storage for leftovers. Olive oil, salt & pepper, and a spice rack are included as well.
- Dining room table seats 8-9.
- A portable bluetooth speaker is provided.
- Coffee snob? The kitchen includes a french press and a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew 2-way coffee maker capable of brewing a 12 cup pot, a single-serve cup, or a single-serve pod. Filters are provided, but please BYOC - Bring Your Own Coffee/pods.
- Smoker? I’m very sorry, but no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property (not even outside). Please use the park across the street.
- No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity is permitted on the property.
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to the neighbors and keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm.

About the Neighborhood:
Tempe is a hip little city that is home to Arizona State University and the (world?) famous Mill Avenue. You can access both of these easily even if you don't have a car by taking the FREE Tempe Orbit shuttle. Pick up and drop off is located directly behind the house.

The neighborhood has a few noteworthy family friendly features as well. Joyce Park is just down the street. Your kids will love it. And the city library is only a short 10 min walk or 3 min drive way.
