• Check-in time: 4:00pm. Check-out time: 11:00am.
• We can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if the schedule allows. Fees may apply.
• The home has keypad door entry locks. Instructions will be provided after booking check in.
• Pool Heating: Pool heating is optional and recommended for comfortable swimming from October 15th through April. The fee is $65 per night and must be booked for your entire stay with at least three days' advance notice
• For families with a tiny one, there is a high chair and Pack-n-Play.
• Enjoy your favorite shows or binge new ones on our smart TVs (75" and 55"). Each has the usual streaming services. Just log into your accounts and be sure to log out at the end of your stay. Most streaming services like Hulu and Netflix let you log out of devices remotely in case you forget.

• THE POOL and pool area are not supervised by a lifeguard. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Guests are solely responsible for the supervision of all children in their party. Children under six must be supervised by a legal adult.
• The life ring is for safety purposes only and is not to be used for recreation.
• EVENTS ARE ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. Please message us through Vrbo to discuss any planned gatherings. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Parties or other loud activities that disturb the peace are not permitted.
• You must be 25 years of age or older to book. Cancellations resulting from under age reservations will be subject to processing fees.
• Dogs are allowed (2 max) at $150 per booking. Cats are not allowed. No pets other than dogs are allowed. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fee per pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
• No smoking allowed. Smoking will incur a $500 fee plus additional charges for remedial cleaning and any damages.
• Last-minute and/or local reservations may be subject to an additional verification process and a security deposit.
• For reservations over 14 days, we require a cleaning every seven days plus the final clean.
