During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, backyard, pool, and hot tub.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pool and hot tub get serviced weekly on Thursdays. Please note that after rain or wind, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.



The pool can be heated with your stay for a fee. Pool heat is $50/night of your reservation. Hot tub heat is complimentary for your reservation. The pool is heated between 80-90 degrees (weather permitting), while the hot tubs max heat is 104.



Please note that to maintain the heat during the winter, a cover is provided for both the pool and hot tubs. It is the responsibility of the guests to make sure the covers are put back on after each use. No refunds of any sort will be given if the temperatures in the pool or hot tub drop due to negligence of the covers or adverse weather conditions. Additional charges may occur for any excessive costs to reheat the pool and hot tub back to baseline if covers are left off.



BBQ Grill & fire pit are propane gas, one full tank of gas is provided for each, any excessive usage will be charged to the guest.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
