KITCHEN & DINING
A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen lined in granite countertop is sure to inspire your inner chef. Stainless appliances include a side-by-side fridge, a gas range, and a standalone hood. The huge island offers plenty of space for meal prep. In addition, there is a Keurig coffee machine with free coffee pods, and lots of dishes/bowels/utensils, etc. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table to share your home-cooked creations. Another dining table on the patio invites alfresco meals as well as extra countertop stool chairs serving additional people.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Three dreamy bedrooms accommodate up to six guests in this single-story retreat. The bedrooms are very spacious with two of them having luxury custom cabinetry built-ins. There are three bedrooms with a king size bed have a 55” flat-screen TV and memory foam mattresses. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, and the fifth bedroom has two bunk beds. All, three bathrooms having been upgraded with the master bath being the standout with new walk-in shower, double vanity, and a huge closet.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Find an extra-private sanctuary in your backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and spa. There's a suite of lounge chairs and umbrellas along the pool deck. Turn on the colorful pool lights at night. Six can gather at the dining table to enjoy a cookout. There's additional seating around the pool. The backyard has an impressive newer pebble-tech pool, with artificial turf for easy maintenance. The covered patio also has custom speakers, fans and is very spacious
