PARKING:
Carport space at front of the house can accommodate up to 1 larger vehicle.
Additional free street parking surrounding the house is available.

GETTING AROUND & NEIGHBORHOOD:
Great neighborhood local restaurants, charming outdoor coffee shop and grocery bodega/store are accessible within a 5-10 min walk.

(Depending on which way you walk—you’ll get a glimpse of the diversity of the neighborhood—both homes + communities that have been here for generations as well as new builds + newer neighbors. As with anywhere, we typically opt to walk until dusk.

Other spots in Downtown Phoenix to go out--which include everything from burgers, Mexican food and BBQ, to speakeasies, breweries, lounges and bars, to fine dining, wine tasting and art markets are available within a 5 min drive/ride share or a sunny extended walk. We especially recommend Roosevelt Row.

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a short 7 min drive from home.

Hiking at South Mountain Preserve is about a real-time 15 min drive away. If you plan to drive to the summit (especially great for sunset but come as early as possible for parking), it'll be a beautifully scenic approx. 20 min additional desert drive.

Scottsdale and Tempe (AZ State) and both less than 20 min drive away from home for easy trips in to enjoy the areas before coming back to the house to relax and refresh.
