PERFECT LOCATION! Right in the heart of OldTown Scottsdale. GIANTS Spring Training, WASTE MANAGEMENT, 3min to Oldtown. Sprouts (Grocery Store) is across the street. The condo is located walking distance to OldTown Scottsdale's hottest nightlife. Bottled Blonde, Boondocks, Riot House, Whiskey Row, Bevvy, CAKE, MAYA DAYCLUB, & More. Centrally located with 202 & 101 freway access. Starbucks also across the street. The city is at your fingertips.

The Space:
Cozy, comfortable unit for a couple or 3 friends who want to stay in OIdTown Scottsdale. The condo is equipped with 1 King Bed, and a couch for sleeping arrangements. A Blow up mattress can be available upon request. There is also a desk for remote work setup and ready to go.

Central location makes this home perfect for a Spring Training trip or vacation to Scottsdale where all the fun is happening! This home is minutes away from Oldtown, Spring Training, and plenty of things to do!

Getting Around: South Scottsdale neighborhood with easy freeway access, a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, 3 minute drive to Fashion Square, 2 minute drive to Oldtown Scottsdale, 15min to Sky Harbor Intl Airport, a 15-minute drive to downtown Phoenix, and a 15 minute drive to Talking Stick. There is open free parking in the parking lot of the condo.

Significant focus is put toward every detail to ensure an enjoyable stay. Here are a few highlights.

Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. Code details will be generated specifically for your stay to maximize safety and security. Details provided upon booking.

TV: There are 2 TV's - one in the living room, and 1 in Master bedroom. While no cable service is provided, the home comes with smart TV's to easily access your favorite streaming services.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and more. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Kitchen Items: The home is well-equipped with kitchen items to have you ready to. cook meals, brew coffee, etc. Please reach out with any additional questions.

We booked a suite with a King bed but instead it was a full. That is correct, not even a queen but a full which is really unacceptable. Place was pretty clean, but there wasn't proper bedding with only a bottom sheet and no top sheet. Front screen door is broken, shower broken, bathroom sink plugged, couch is very stained. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. I think if it had been a kong bed as advertised in at least three places on the VRBO listing I would give one more star, but it really made our stay not so pleasant and we spent a ton on it.

Comfy base in a great location, top pool

Vince/Logan made check-in a breeze. Logan was local and responded very quickly, including bringing additional towels/linens after I suggested having more on hand. The complex is within 15-20 min walk of the center of old town but there are multiple restaurants, bars, grocery stores and amenities across or down the street. The dedicated parking space made it easy to go in/out quickly on errands. There was both central A/C and a room unit which helped me dial in the temp for comfort. The shower/tub was fine but since it's AZ the water comes out hot. The kitchen had most amenities you'd need but if you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might want to ask in advance. The Brita filter was a nice touch so I didn't have to buy bottled water. The pool is so nice with a range of chill, friendly locals and visitors, with very few kids. There's a whirlpool for cooler mornings/evenings. Great hosts, property, unit, and location!!

Great condo and location

My daughter and I were in Scottsdale for a soccer showcase. The location was great. There a several restaurants within walking distance and a Sprouts grocery across the street. My teenager enjoyed the pool. The owner was very responsive and the bake was excellent!

Happy Stay

We enjoyed the property and facilities. In town for medical treatment, we were pleased to find a week-long rental at an affordable price without a lot of extra fees. Our only complaint was a lack of check-in instructions at a property that needed more information about parking and such. Thankfully, a phone number was included and the co-host was readily available and texted a map and talked us through the check-in.
