Äskettäin päivitetty makuuhuone! Hyvin varusteltu keittiö, jossa pehmeät / itsestään sulkeutuvat ovet ja laatikot, joissa korkealaatuiset graniittitasot. Upea Master- ja Vieraskylpyhuone. Wi-Fi / HD-televisiot. Olo- / ruokasalissani on 55-tuumainen Vizio Smart TV. Platinum sijainti Marbeyan turvallisessa porteissa Paradise Valleyssa. Erinomainen aidatulla trooppinen uima-allas ja poreallas lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä etuovesta. Jos sijainti laskee, tämä on sinulle. Et tule pettymään tässä hyväpalkkaisessa naapurustossa. Fun in the sun!

This condo was a 10 out of 10! Location was perfect. Many restaurants and shopping close by and 15-20 min away from so many other things. The pool and hot tub were amazing . This condo had so many amenities we needed or forgot-very thoughtful. Aldo was a good host. Highly recommend this condo and would gladly stay again.

A wonderful time.

The place was wonderfully decorated and was fully stocked. The kitchen was stocked with any types of dinnerware, glasswear, pots & pans etc. The bedrooms were great and beds were comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and met some great neighbors. We are coming back in March next year.

Excellent getaway in Scottsdale!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this property in Scottsdale! It is exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. Clean, convenient, and well stocked. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was excellent. We would definitely come back here again on our next trip to Scottsdale.

Quiet spot in beautiful Paradise Valley

2B/2B ground floor condo in quiet complex. Bedrooms are separate, with separate bathrooms, which worked well when our son visited. Complex has a nice pool, hot tub, BBQ area. Primary king bed is very comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped. Access is easy, with door code. Aldo was easy to work with and we had a wonderful time!

Pleasant stay in land of giants

We stayed 3 nights at this condo convenient to the home of our new granddaughter and to many local amenities. We are small in stature and this unit was big in stature! We joked that we needed a step stool to get into bed, or up onto the barstools around the dining table. The owner’s instructions were clear, it was easy to find and get into and we had no problems with appliances or other equipment. There was a nice view out the patio and interior windows. Really liked the charging equipment built into the nightstands and the covered parking! We would be happy to return again.

Great Stay in a Great Location

A great property with everything needed for a week's stay. The property is comfortable and well appointed.Easily accessible from Phoenix Sky Harbor, the area has some wonderful restaurants. Our host was very responsive to our questions. We spent a wonderful day driving through incredible country to Sedona. Taliesin West was amazing. The Desert Botanical Gardens were incredibly beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect spot for a Paradise Valley stay

We rented here for 2 and a half months over the winter and can not say enough about this property. The condo is very clean, well located and is the best stocked condo we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need is there. Aldo was excellent to work with and any questions we had were answered almost immediately. The condo itself is in a small, quiet complex and is perfectly located for walking, golf, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. with many within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking fior a perfect getaway spot.

Great stay at Paradise Valley Village

We visited over the Easter weekend. The condo worked out perfectly for my husband, myself and our 16 year old son and was very clean. The pictures on-line are accurate. We loved the split bedroom set up and used the patio quite a bit in the evening. The pool area was really nice and clean, and people were friendly. This location was great for several fun hikes, golf, dining, groceries and proximity to downtown for an event we were in town for. Only feedback is we were unsure of the expectations for check out- if we needed to strip beds, etc. We just did it, not a big deal. The A/C and dishwasher were a little noisy as well, but again didn't bother us much. We would definitely stay here again - a really great place!

Great stay... great neighborhood!

Great location! Quiet neighborhood with everything you need in walking distance or short drive. The owner of this lovely condo have thought about everything you might need….Lots to do in the immediate area, good variety of restaurants, short distance to downtown Scottsdale for entertainment. We will definitely be back. Too good to pass up!

Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and filled with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was so friendly, accommodating and assessable to any questions we had. We really like this area as it is close to our friends and easy access to our favorite places, cave creek (loved seeing the cowboys riding in and out for breakfast), fountain hills, shopping, dining. We would certainly like to come back for future stays.

Nice Condo in a Good Location

This condo provided all we needed for our 3 week stay. It was stocked very well with items such as tissue, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, etc. Enjoyed the heated pool, & hot tub close to the unit. Lots of TV channels to choose from. Comfy furniture. Nice small patio. Quiet safe neighborhood in a good location. Would recommend to anyone in need of a place to stay in this area. Owner and manager very nice to work with.

Great Home Away From Home!

My wife and I stayed at this Paradise Valley property for 2 weeks in March and found it clean, very comfortable, and in a great location! Aldo, the owner, was easy to work with and responded to our every inquiry in a timely manner always with positive results. It is located in a gated community and the pool and picnic area was well maintained and very clean. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great experience!!
