No exceptions. Per community regulations, a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required on site to verify age. There is a manned guard house & gate clicker once you are in the unit. Activities galore! Heated pool! You'll be able to watch TV where ever you'd like as there is a rolling TV stand to put it in front of the two new leather recliner chairs or in the bedroom if you'd prefer. There is a propane BBQ grill with a back up propane tank in the laundry room. This location is central in Mesa with easy access to a few highways - located 2 miles from the US-60 & 5 miles from the Loop 202 - Loop 101 is 10.5 miles away.

Excellent corner lot location with low-maintenance desert landscaping and ample carport space. Inside, you'll find a sizable living room, vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and wood-look floors. The eat-in kitchen includes white cabinetry, stylish backsplash, quartz counters, built-in appliances, a breakfast bar, and a bay window in the breakfast nook. The spacious bedroom has two mirrored door closets, while the bathroom offers an LED lighting mirror in the vanity and a tiled shower. Don't forget about the ample detached laundry room! Community amenities include a fitness center, pool, tennis courts, and more.

This is a one bedroom, one bathroom park model.
You will have 1 Queen bed in the main bedroom.
Two small vehicles can park next to the home under the carport. Or one large tall vehicle will also fit. Parking measurements are 28'x14'

Activities include: a dancing hall, Bingo, Pickleball, Tennis courts are open. No code or key needed. The community pool is heated. Pool is located in the middle of the community. It is just East of the residence. There are also 2 spas/hot tubs available for your use. Pool is open 24 hours a day!!

No yardwork or any other outside noise is allowed on Sundays.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

*After you pay for your reservation, we would like to have a conversation with you over the phone so we can learn more about you and your group and review the important information with you.
* This is a 55+ age restricted community.
*There are 3 stairs to get into the park unit*
*New users or last minute travelers MAY not be accepted. OR *Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted & *Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
*Primary guests must be 55+
*Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
*Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
*10pm-7am is "quiet time".
*Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 2 adults at any time.
*No street parking is allowed after 10PM
*No more than 2 guests at the community pool.
*Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you'd be interested.
