Emerald loft studio is a spacious cozy quiet 1st floor unit with a spacious living / sleeping area, full kitchen, resort style bathroom, huge walk in closet and SWIMMING POOL access. Located in upscale Downtown Phoenix FQ Story neighborhood. Scenic Walk to all Downtown Phoenix attractions. Very close to Convention Center, Mortgage match up, Suns and Diamondback stadium, Arts district Roosevelt row and many outstanding restaurants and bars. Close to lite rail and airport is a few minutes uber drive. We welcome guests with a cozy queen bed and a convenient futon for extra comfort. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, while thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer make packing light a breeze. A clean, well-kept bathroom adds to the ease of your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this wonderful home offers a peaceful retreat. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.


House rules:
This is a private guest suite with kitchen on the side of the main house with swimming pool access from 9am to 9pm. We do have house rules that maintain a clean quiet atmosphere that need to be followed. Enjoy your stay.
No Guests allowed on property besides reserved guests only.
Must send picture of all guest i.d to the host prior to check-in
Please inform host time of arrival.
Please maintain a quiet clean respectful and safe atmosphere at all times.
Pool hours are 9am to 9pm. Absolutely no glass around pool area. No pets in the pool area. Swim attire only allowed inside the pool. No smoking or marijuana usage allowed in the pool area. All children under 18 must be accompanied by adult in pool area at all times. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at own risk. May experience outdoor noise from pool area. Any guest found to be in pool area after 9pm or breaking any pool rules will have reservation cancelled immediately and required to leave the property be charged additional $195 admin fee.

Quiet hours on property are 10pm to 8am.
Check in is available only to 11pm on day of check in unless you request a later check in time and approved by host prior to check in.
Due to allergies No pets allowed.
Must send pet request which has to be approved by host prior to booking or reservation is non refundable if request is not made prior to booking and if pets not approved. Pet fees will apply $65 per pet per night for approved pets. Contact host to inquire.
Please wash all dishes and clean kitchen /bathroom after every use. We do not charge a cleaning fee for guests to enjoy lower prices. However, Guests Must follow checkout rules and clean the unit, bathroom kitchen dishes and sweep unit before check out or host reserves the right to charge a $65 cleaning fee that must be paid by guest.
Be courteous and respectful at all times to the neighbors host etc.
No parking on driveway. Park in front of the house on Culver St or 11ave.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
Smoking vaping outside only away from the house.
Do not use towels to wipe floors.
Check out is 11am. If you would like to book again and there is availability, please do so before 11 AM.
Always maintain a Quiet Clean and safe environment.
Additional charges for more than 2 guest will apply including for infants and children same as adults.
Additional fees may be charged to the guest for missing items, damages and if excessive cleaning is required.
Breaking any rules will cancel your booking non refundable..
