This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom oasis is perfect for groups looking to experience Scottsdale in style. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from Old Town, our home boasts incredible amenities and stunning spaces both inside and out.

-Heated Pool: Available for an additional charge of $250 for 2–5 day stays. For stays longer than 5 days, the price may vary. Pool towels and floats are provided.

RULES & FAQs

GUEST COUNT
The number of guests must match your reservation. Any unapproved guests will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

MUSIC & NOISE
Outdoor movie speakers are provided for your use. No outside speakers are permitted.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM per Scottsdale noise ordinances. Guests are responsible for any noise-related fines.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
Approved Vendors: Private chefs, photographers, yoga instructors (must be pre-approved by the Host).

Prohibited Vendors: DJs, entertainers, cabana/pool boys, strippers, and bounce houses.

PARKING
A maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per booking.
You may park in the driveway.

Street parking is permitted. Please be respectful of neighbors and only park in front of our house.

Larger vehicles, such as RVs or trailers, are not permitted on the property.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In: After 4 PM. Early check-ins are not guaranteed but may be available; inquire on the day of arrival.

Check-Out: By 10 AM. Late check-outs are not permitted. Consider booking an additional night if your schedule requires a later departure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF
Early luggage drop-offs are not allowed.

PETS
No pets are allowed. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and hookahs. There are no designated smoking areas on or off the property. Violations will result in fines and additional cleaning fees.

POOL RULES
Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 2 days prior to desired use.

The pool is heated to 85°F using an electric heat pump. Please note that when the outside temperature drops below 40°F, it may not reach the full temperature.

No pool fence is present; There are chimes on all doors leading to the pool area but please practice caution with children.

DECORATIONS
Free-standing decor is preferred. Do not use other tapes that may damage walls or paint.

No confetti or glitter is allowed on the property. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees.

WILDLIFE
As this is a desert property, you may encounter wildlife such as crickets, scorpions, snakes, rabbits, and coyotes. The home is treated preventatively for pests, but sightings are still possible.

Please be respectful of any wildlife you encounter.


AMENITIES PROVIDED
Towels: Bath and pool towels are included.

Pool Floats and Toys:
A selection of pool floats is provided. An air pump is available for inflating personal floats.

Yard Games:
Yard games including corn hole, volleyball, and mini golf are available for your enjoyment.

Movie Projector:
A movie projector is provided for outdoor movie viewing. Please respect quiet hours.

Essentials:
A starter kit of household supplies (e.g., toilet paper, and paper towels) is provided.
