The Space:

Welcome to Palms Cabana! The second you walk into the backyard, you'll get why guests never want to leave. Between the private pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a lineup of yard games (bocce, cornhole, putt putt, and a full outdoor bar to referee it all), this Scottsdale retreat turns "where should we stay" into "when can we go back." Inside, an open-concept kitchen and living area keep the group together, with a garage game room (ping pong, foosball, and a basketball arcade) for when the sun goes down.



Sleeping setup:



Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bath, direct backyard access

Bedroom 3: Queen bed

Bedroom 4: Queen-over-queen bunk plus twin-over-twin bunk



Two full bathrooms serve the home, with the ensuite off Bedroom 1 offering a walk-in shower. Palms Cabana is a fantastic fit for extended family trips, golf buddies, or a crew who wants a resort backyard without the resort price tag! With bunk rooms and shared bathrooms, it's best suited for a group that's comfortable being close and doesn't mind the occasional wait for the shower. Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and soak up the Scottsdale sun.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full home, backyard, and garage game room via keypad entry, with the exception of a locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Palms Cabana sits in a quiet, established residential pocket just a few minutes from Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, with Tempe and ASU also close by for an easy night out.



Food & drink: a short drive gets you to a great mix of casual and upscale restaurants, coffee shops, and local favorites.



Shopping: everyday essentials and grocery stores are just minutes away, with more shopping and boutiques in Old Town.



Parks & recreation: a couple of nearby parks are great for a morning walk or some fresh air between pool sessions.



Getting into Old Town Scottsdale or over to Tempe takes roughly 10-15 minutes by car, and rideshare is readily available throughout the area.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Scottsdale and Tempe, with plenty of driveway and street parking back at the house. Uber and Lyft are both reliable options if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else for a night out.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



An exterior security camera is installed at the driveway for quality and security monitoring purposes.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
