Vieraile arizonassa tyylillä

Koti on keskeisellä paikalla ja kauniisti sisustettu. Se on lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja monenlaisia ravintoloita. Erittäin helppo pääsy Interstate 10: een, joten melkein missä tahansa alueella on lyhyt ajomatka. Koti on vain muutaman minuutin päässä monista MLB Spring Spring -harjoittelukeskuksista, Westgate (State Farm Stadium & Gila River Arena) ja ISM Raceway (NASCAR). Phoenixin metropolialue on monien ammattilaisurheilujoukkueiden koti, ja se isännöi myös amatööriurnauksia, kongresseja, autonäyttelyitä ja huutokauppoja .... ja paljon muuta. Siellä on runsaasti retkeilyreittejä, golfkenttiä, ratsastuskeskuksia, museoita, taidegallerioita ..... jokaiselle jotakin.

Nautit yli 2300 neliöjalkaa yhden tarinan kodista. EI KORJA. Koti on neljä (4) kooltaan mukavaa makuuhuonetta ja kaksi (2) kylpyhuonetta. Talo on melkein kokonaan laatoitettu kauniisiin 18 ”laattoihin. Nopea WiFi omaisuutta.

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitset pilataksesi suosikkisi herkkuihisi.

Upouusi pesukone ja kuivaaja. Kaikki pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet. Lisähuovat ja tyynyt myös kiinteistössä.
Yritämme parhaamme mukaan tarjota kaikkemme, jotta vieraidemme todella tarvitsee tuoda vain vaatteita ja henkilökohtaisia tavaroita.

Makuuhuoneessa on Cal King -vuode, suora helppo pääsy takapihalle ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku sekä kaksi turhuutta.

Makuuhuoneessa # 2 on myös king-size-vuode, 2 yöpöytää ja lipasto. Paljon tilaa ja säilytystilaa.

Makuuhuoneessa # 3 on queen-size-vuode, joka on sisustettu upeasti. Kauniit vastaavat yöpöydät ja lipasto koristavat tätä huonetta.

Makuuhuone # 4 tarjoaa mukavuutta toisella queen-size-vuoteella ja ihanalla yöpöydällä ja lipastolla / peilillä.

Kaikissa makuuhuoneissa on upouusi 55 tuuman älytelevisio. Voit käyttää Netflix-tiliäsi tai nauttia kotona toimitettavista premium-kanavilla varustetusta Directv-palvelusta.

Olohuoneessa on kaksi (2) isoa mukavaa sohvaa ja 70 tuuman Samsung Smart TV. Ranskalaiset ovet mahdollistavat pääsyn takapihan keitaan.

On erillinen yhteinen alue, jossa on myös 70 tuuman Samsung Smart TV, kaunis vastahuovattu biljardipöytä, pystyssä oleva Ms. PAC Man -halli, jossa on kaksitoista (12) suosikkiohjelmoitua vanhan koulun arcade-peliä ja nahkasohva sopivalla loveseatilla. Pelihallissa on Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, 1942, Frogger, Galaga ja muut. Peli on asetettu ILMAISEKSI pelaamiseen, joten sinun ei tarvitse sitä neljänneksen rullaa!

Takapiha on kodin todellinen helmi, joka tarjoaa kauniin kivi-uima-altaan ja sisäänrakennetun BBQ-saaren, jossa on istuimet ja patiovarjot. BBQ-alueen vieressä on iso palo-kuoppa, jossa on istuimet. Takapihan valaistus tarjoaa upean paikan viettää iltaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa .... luomalla muistoja ja hyödyntämällä irti Arizonan lomakokemuksesta.

Month stay in Goodyear

My spose and I stayed at Scott's home for the last month. House is gorgeous and much larger than photos show. Kitchen was very well stocked. Backyard/pool wwas amazing. Outdoor furniture could use a refresh. Scott was quick to respond to any questions. Would definstay again.

WONDERFUL!

I highly recommend this property. It is well appointed with most things you need in the kitchen: waffle maker, air fryer, blender, mixer, bakeware, pots / pans, popcorn maker, popup toaster, trash bags, paper towels, dish washing liquid and plenty of wash and dry kitchen towels and pods for the dish washer. There were spices in the cabinet and what could have been items left by previous renters (just a guess here) like mustard, ketchup, syrup, jelly... I would think it would be each individual's call as to whether or not you used the items. The bed in the master was very comfortable! The rest of the family said all the beds were comfortable. The only thing my husband didn't like is that the master bath does not have a door to close off the bathroom from the bedroom. So if you forget to lock the door to the patio or the door to the hallway someone could walk in and see you in the shower. So we made sure to lock both. I loved that there is a water closet. That is a HUGE plus to any home for me. We rented this home to visit with our children and grandchildren. At times there were only 4 people in the home at others there were 12 (w/ prior permission). The space inside and out was more that adequate. The game room area was a HUGE hit! The pool table is so nice and the game machines kept the kids busy for hours. Just a wonderful home. The outside pool area is great with lots of seating and a great grill area. I could go on but I've reached my feedback limit. Hope it helps.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very spacious and clean. The private pool was nice to have and the billiard table was absolutely a joy to have. I also found myself some time to have a throwback to the 80's with the full sized arcade games. We felt very safe in the quiet family neighborhood. Scott has a gem in Goodyear that fit our need perfectly.

This is a beautiful home. Fabulous location for where we needed to be easy to get to anywhere else swimming pool, barbecue games, pool table, had about every kitchen, appliance imaginable available. Very clean and well-kept house and property. Would love to rent this property again if I were in the area.

The best

This was the best trip and house for our family. I stayed here for my Masters Graduation ceremony. The house is fully equipped with every item you could imagine it’s beautiful, clean,spacious, quiet and the owner Scott was a great host. If I ever come back to this part of Arizona I’ll stay here again and again.

Better than 5 Stars!

This property is exactly as it is presented to be. Scott was great about communicating before, during and after our stay. We used the outside area a lot and enjoyed every minute of swimming, watching golf and basketball, eating all meals. The beds are really comfortable and have the softest sheets you'll ever sleep on!! Everything you will need has been thoughtfully provided, from beach towels and sunscreen to every appliance you could possibly think of. We especially enjoyed making fresh juice with the juicer. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some sun, don't hesitate, this is the spot!

5 Star Stay

This home deserves its 5-star rating. The owner is very responsive, answering questions and giving tips on the numerous sightseeing options there are in the Phoenix area. The home was very clean with the kitchen having all the tools to eat in as many times as needed. Our group took in some Spring Training games and tailgated utilizing the cooler, chairs, and bag toss game from the house. It was also March Madness and we had fun watching games poolside on the outdoor TV and then in the game room while shooting some pool. The location is great, easy drive to all of our destinations with gas and grocery close by. Long story short...our group of 6 adults (3 couples) had a great 5-star stay!

Goodyear getaway

The house was great - everything you could need was provided. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The arcade and pool table were also used by everyone that stayed there. Would highly recommend this house. The owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Great property!

Be really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was very clean and well stocked. With all the items in the fridge we were able to buy some hamburger meat and buns and enjoyed cooking dinner outside on the grill that was provided. Billy enjoyed the Miss Pac-Man game! DirecTV was also greatly appreciated.

Clean, cozy and relaxing

We loved this house. When we arrived everything was clean and the house was well stocked with essentials and thoughtful extras. Our family of 8 had room to spread out but the house was perfectly laid out so we could all lounge together as well. Scott was a great communicator and quick to reply to all my messages before and during our stay. We had plenty of privacy but the neighbors were friendly when we drove down the street. Safe neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants. Would love to stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. House is very clean updated everything we needed was there, pool was nice and heated. We stayed for five days and really loved it. Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. We couldn't have picked a better place. The host was communicative and responsive.... and the home left NOTHING to be desired. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and cutlery to make and serve a meal for 7. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, the yard was amazing (pool, firepit), there were board games a pool table as well as arcade games (we had a family Pac Man tournament). The master bedroom is a dream... spacious with a large bathroom. All of the beds in the home were very comfortable with nice bedding. High end furniture and finishes. We will definitely be returning!

Great place to stay near the Phoenix Racetrack

Very comfortable and clean. We didn't cook, but there were lots of helpful items in the kitchen, like S&P, foil and cling wrap. They provided just about everything you'd need. I forgot Q-Tips and shampoo/conditioner, but they were supplied in the Master bath, along with soap, lotion and mouthwash. Extra touches like that really do make you feel welcome. There were extra pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board, which hasn't been the case at other rentals, and a tv in every room, if you like that sort of thing. Communication was also great; Scott got back to me very quickly when I had a question. The guys had fun with the pool table and games, but the highlight both nights we stayed was the fire pit. Wood was provided, and it was just a great place to hang out and talk. We got lucky in getting this place because someone else cancelled, and we were super happy with the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again, should we get the chance!

Great getaway

We had an amazing time!! Thanks to Scott he had everything perfect when we got there. From light and games and pool waiting to great us. He was easy to communicate with . We did ask if it was ok for my brother and other family to stop by. We will by using this wonderful house again in the future , when we come to visit family. There was lots of room to spread out. Didn’t have a chance to use the wonderful looking back yard . But maybe next time.

Wonderful place to relax.

This property was great to stay in. The house was clean, organized, and had everything we could need for our week there. The pool was nice, clean and perfect for playing with our kids in. The billiards table and arcade games were fun to play with my boys. The property manager was helpful and answered any questions I had about the place, quickly and he was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

An awesome house

We were here for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was beautiful, clean and kept the kids entertained between games etc….. We LOVED it! Definitely would stay here again!!

Baseball Retreat

We stayed for local baseball games in Goodyear and Peoria, and were very happy with the accommodations. The kids played pool (billiards) and swam so they were not glued to their devices the while time! We will be back!

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights with 6 adults (70-20) and one teen (17). This has to be the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in and for that reason I would recommend reviewing what's already there before heading to the store. There were many items we had to purchase at other places that were already here. The house has a great layout for everyone to have there own space but the common areas are large enough when everyone wanted to be together. Scott (the owner) was very responsive to messages. The location was perfect. We were 10-15 minutes away from hiking trails (might have been some closer too), 5 minutes away from groceries/restaurants and 15 minutes away from the outlet mall. I would definitely consider staying at this property again. Thanks!
