”The check-in process was quite smooth. We did have to go up to the third floor to get our room keys, but it was not that confusing to navigate. The lady at the desk who served us was very polite and excellent! The air conditioning in the room was amazing especially in Arizona heat. The room was clean, and fully supplied with some nice touches (laundry pods, coffee/tea, nicer than generic brand soaps). Our only complaint was the general area / location. We stayed here to be within walking...
