”Checked in Sept 10, it was smooth and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and it was quiet. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. Located in a great area. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Very spacious and clean water. The also had extra towels and offered water as well. The drinks are overpriced at the pool I will say that. A small margarita is $18. We loved our stay, would love to return.”

”I saw two roaches in my room. Let’s just get that out-of-the-way first. We arrived around 4:30 and the office was closed so I had to call the phone number on the door. The check-in process is all online. Fill out the forms like you’re renting an apartment. It’s quick enough, but not what I was expecting. ”This “hotel” was more like a “timeshare feel” since check in the ladies in the front start asking if we’re interested in joining whatever program etc etc… they messaged my cell phone about 5 times a day to advertise their food+drinks. Did not like that. Our room was dusty and the water in the tub wouldn’t drain properly. While the property looked decent (outside) we wouldn’t stay here again.”
