”This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.”

”Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly...

”We stayed for 3 nights for my wife's birthday. The apartment is in a very modern building with a pool, hot tub, gym, common areas, gas grill and a parking spot. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kevin, the host is very responsive to any messages and check in with the lockbox was easy. It is a short walk to Chase Field, the Convention Center and the Footprint Center (Basketball & Shows). There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance varying from fine dining to taco's. ”Im not from phoenix so i was unaware that this location was on a bar block, and across the street from the college ASU. It was very noisy. During the day it was noisy with construction and the night was lit even on a Monday. The unit itself was really nice. I appreciated the dairy free creamer with the coffee. The in unit washer and dryer for use was a blessing! I would definitely stay here again. ”

”Had a great stay at the property. Clean and quiet apartment, also a great location much to do in the area. Felt safe walking around in the evening plenty of places to eat.Not far from the freeway entrance either. Parking across the street in garage which was nice having the vehicle out of the heat. Good communication, would return if ever in the area.”

”Overall good.We flew in and did not have a vehicle. We easily used the airport train to get to the phoenix train that brought us within 5/6 blocks of the condo. Corner store 2 blocks away with a decent variety of groceries, beer, wine. We had too many restaurants and breweries nearby to mention. 18 minute walk to Chase Field and Phoenix arena for MLB & NBA games. The mattress was too soft for us both and sleep was a struggle. Also with no blinds and facing east, was not helpful for anyone...

”Stayed here with my husband, another friend couple and 2 little dogs - could not recommend more. We were doing a pet friendly road trip through Arizona for the first time and this location was perfect. At the heart of Roosevelt Row, everything was within walking distance, even an adorable dog park. We especially like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. ”
