”The worst bed I've ever had at a hotel. It felt like a rectangle they use for display model visual purposes only. One solid block, no springs or padding or cushion. The price was cheap, and it had cool amenities, but at the end of the day, your sleep is what matters most, and it won't happen on these budget display model beds.”

”It was an eight day stay, and I needed to do laundry. There’s a total of two washers and two dryers for the entire property. The machines only take quarters versus credit cards. You have to go to the Front Desk to get quarters because there’s no coin machines next to the washing machines. However, the Front Desk will only give you quarters if you have cash. I don’t travel with cash. It was in an entire ordeal just to do one load of laundry. Homewood suites is a Hilton property, certainly down...

”It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...
