Piddington ja Wheeler End Hotellit

”Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!”

”Although a little tired and dated the hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is what makes the hotel, friendly and professional. Helpful and welcoming and only too happy to give information with a special mention to Diana in the restaurant. The location was great, with plenty of parking. I would stay here again.”

”The room was beautiful and clean. Very good amenities, including an ironing board and an iron which is a rare treat! The staff were great and it was nice to have the pub downstairs. Breakfast was exceptional 👌 cooked to order.”

”Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again.”

”Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b”

”We felt like we were lottery winners staying at Danesfield. What a place, the staff couldn't do enough for us, the food was delicious, and our room was very comfy.”

”We had a nice and comfortable stay overall. The venue is lovely, with beautiful views and a great location. The rooms were nice, although a little dated in places. There were just a few things that could have been better. The toiletries were very limited for two people – only one soap, one shower gel and one body lotion. There was also a crack in the shower, and the water was filling up when using the sink, which wasn’t ideal. The spa was lovely, but we were disappointed that we had to pay...

”This was my second and last time in this hotel. The first room didn’t have hot water and after the reception gave me another room, the bathtub plug didn’t work. When asking for someone to help with the bathtub plug, the reception registered the request, however no one ever came to see the issue. Having purchased the room in this hotel specifically because of bathtub access, I unfortunately did not get the value I expected. ”

”All was great”

”Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again.”

”Very pleasant staff and kind. The walls are super thin and you can hear everything outside your room. It was super hot in the room. Restaurant next door was fantastic.”

”We would stay here again. Very comfortable staff was so nice and friendly resturant is wonderful fish and chips were amazing.”

”We would stay again lovely hotel”

”Heavy rain caused a leak in the gents onto the floor which the staff seemed to ignore, just putting a yellow wet floor sign outside the toilet door. The floor was very slippy and dangerous. Should have had a mop and bucket there.”

”excellent staff”
