”Flew into Ontario airport. Hotel was a quick Uber minutes away from airport and short walk across the street to Toyota Arena. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was yummy and a good selection. Our room had a kitchenette in it that would be very helpful for guests and longer stays. Restaurant on site was easy to put in a take out order to eat in our room. Did not use gym or pool but is nice to have. I would stay here again.”

”The room smelled awful, the walls and ceiling were paper thin, trash all over the outside of the hotel. People coming and going all hours of the night slamming doors. The room above me someone decided to pace their creaking floor every night for about 3-4 hours. Terrible experience, worse stay ever. Left a day early it was so bad.”

”Kind of a strange layout and design. My business companion called it the Emo hotel. It was clean and nice, just a little different. The “breakfast” was really weird. You order a frozen burrito, they go microwave it in the back and bring it back out to you. Better food at a gas station”

”staff was very nice and helpful
Property is under renovation
Some parking spaces used as storage and staging for the renovation crew, thus lacking ample parking spaces
Also early morning there were noises. Not sure the source if from crew or others.
Thus woke us up.
In all,
Property clean and staff members were very nice and helpful.
Thank you”
