”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

”We booked the Hyatt to catch a Niner game but we came early and booked 3 nights to take the kids to the boardwalk and San Fran. When we arrived, Eric at check in set us up with a stadium view. The hotel itself is beautiful and in good shape, the pool area and restaurant/bar is really nice. The food at the restaurant was good and fairly priced.
