”We stayed on Santana Row with 2 friends for a fun shopping weekend. We've been there many times for day trips but staying there was extra lovely. You can walk right downstairs to coffee and pastries in the morning. Several nice restaurants and shops nearby too. The loft was super clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for all of us. Parking was very convenient, secure and close to the building entrance. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Enjoyed the location and the condo. Wonderful view of the Ocean. The bedroom was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant on the property was also very nice. Our daughter and husband joined us to go to a restaurant to celebrate Ella's birthday. Because of the late hour, they were able to spend the night on the pullout couch, which they reported was very comfortable.”

"Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too dirty for socks or bare feet."
