”When I arrived to check in on October 15, the gentleman at the front desk told me he was sorry, but there were no rooms available with two beds. I explained that my reservation was for two beds and showed him my confirmation online, which clearly stated that. He told me the only option available was a king bed and a sofa bed. ”Stayed over the holidays with my husband and little boy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room they gave us was on the first floor so everything was very easily accessible.
The room itself was clean, spotless even, and all the facilities worked. The pool area was nice, even though it was fairly small. We had it to ourselves most of the time, though. Hint: take your own towels to the poolside, the ones they hand out are the size of stamps! ;)
The kitchen inside the room was well...

”AKA West Palm Beach is situated in an excellent location near downtown and Brightline train station. The rooms are comfortable with all the basic needs for even a longer stay. The complimentary grab & go breakfast was a nice surprise.
Only downside was the return time of the credit card hold sum. It's now been 11 days (7 business days) since we checked out and still no return. ”
