”Wifi didnt work. No security lock on door, only flimsy deadbolt. Bathroom walls and door filthy. Toilet leaks onto floor. No lamp in room nor frig and microwave. The only good thing is beds were clean and front desk was nice. ”

”I travel frequently. It was my first time in Memphis. I was told the area was not safe. I guess those people have not traveled much because not only was it safe, but it was also quiet, and aside from the clientele that seemed to live there, an unfortunate sign of the times, i had a great time. Room was comfy, clean, and convenient to food and shopping. ”

”This is one of my favorite hotels because it is cheap and it is literally right by the bus station I am an extreme fan of the bus because it is extremely cheap literally only 2 dollars to ride around Memphis Tennessee all day”

”I came in to the hotel with a locked front door (key only access) and no one at the front desk to let me in. Once let in by a young man I assumed was a guest, I stood at the desk for 3-5mins waiting to be checked in and given my room key. A disgruntled worker stormed into the lobby during my check in yelling and cursing at the man who was checking me in ( I assume the shift manager) . He did not apologize for the disruption. The elevator was broke and the low lit stairwell smelled heavily of...
