We loved being right over the marina to watch the boats come in and with lobster season kicking off on the 6th there was a lot of activity and people in the area. The newly renovated pool area was nice to cool off in and only a short walk. The marina restaurant and pool cabana was run by the same local business restaurant...

”Great stay, great location, great host. I do wish the ad mentioned it is on the third floor with no elevator. It was only an issue for one person in our party but it's worth mentioning. Plenty of parking for our boat and ski, pennecamp is easy access for launching ocean side. Would stay again. ”
