We payed with a Debit card for the whole stay as soon as we arrived. We made the hotel sure that we want the Debit card to be used as a payment. As we checked-out, they charged the stay AGAIN from the credit card used as a deposit without our permission and without telling us even though we already paid when we arrived. So now we have paid for our stay for 2 times, and not gotten our deposit back. They told they have ”released” the Debit card payment which is ridiculous as that is the card that was supposed to be the payment in the first place.
