”We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue...

”We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at the beautiful Villa Estrella Polar. It is clean, quiet and in a fantastic location to explore the island. The pool was lovely. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not order it. However it sounds delicious. You will enjoy chatting with the owners. They have an inspiring story to tell. I highly recommend this beautiful piece of paradise. ”

”Yhden yön välipysähdys hotellissa kylmänä ja sateisena päivänä. Huone oli todella siisti ja tilava, selkeästi perustasoa parempi kaikin puolin. Säästä johtuen jouduimme pyytämään sähköpatterin huoneeseen ja lisäpeitot, koska huone oli todella kylmä. Respan mukaan niitä oli pyydetty moneen huoneeseen, joten huoneemme ei ollut poikkeus. Ruoka oli todella hyvää, syötiin aamiaiset ja illalliset. Palvelu oli myös moitteetonta. WIFI hyvä ja nopea. Ranta vieressä, lyhyt kävelymatka ostoskadulle....

”Mukava ja siisti perushuone. Miinuksena jokin siellä pisti vahvasti nenään, ilmeisesti hajullinen pesunaine. Äänieristys naapuriin myös hieman heikko. Avulias vastaanotto. Lyhyt matka palveluihin ja rantakadulle. ”

”Arrecife 15 minuutin paikallisbussi matkan päässä ja hotellin ylin kerros; upeat näkymät! Ainut pikku miinus oli että hotellin sisäpihalta kuului ruokailumeteli huoneeseen ja myös huonenaapurit metelöivät mutta tähän törmää aina Espanjassa :D. Arrecife karnevaali oli samaan aikaan, joten katselemista riitti kun Lanzarotelaiset marssivat upeissa karnevaaliasuissa pitkin rantabulevardia.”

”Asiakaspalvelu on kehnoa. Huone oli epäsiisti ja lakanoissa paljon tahroja. Lattioilla oli hiuksia ja ruokapöytäkin pyyhkimättä saapuessamme huoneeseen ensimmäistä kertaa. Laitoin tästä palautteen jo saapuessamme hotellille, mutta asiaa ei koskaan käsitelty kanssamme.”
