”Loved this property, was very convenient and centrally located to 5th Ave. It was visisble yer ducked off down a quiet street with beach access. Pool was great, could have been a cooler temp but with those hot days in Mexico its to be expected. Food was good, only ate dinner once at the Mexican restaurant so not sure how the rest of the restaurants are. Went during seaweed time of year and the smell from it was not pleasant. Other than that I would definitely book again, maybe when the seaweed...

”Nice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but it’s good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing). One thing I didn’t like: had a room with an adjoining door to another room and could hear everything from my neighbors as if they were in the room with me. ”

”Hyvää hotellissa on sen sijainti meren rannalla Playa del Carmenin keskustassa ja ystävällinen ilmapiiri. Parasta on oma terassi, jossa on riippumatto ja näkymä merelle. ”All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed this time of year compared to my last visit which was in the month of October. One of the restaurants "La Cocina" was closed and the price for the all inclusive package wasn't altered in consideration of that. Other resorts along the beach were loud at night sometimes even up to early hours in the morning. The resort had 2 open restaurants, 2 bars, a giftshop/Starbucks, and an arts/crafts area. ”I must say my stay at the Paradisus playa de Carmen was very pleasant. Our concierge Jorge went up above and beyond. He surprised my kids in two occasions with toys and a cake and decorations for my son birthday.Also, I am never truly impressed with food in resort but the food was really good. Noas which is the buffet never disappointed. Overall, if you are trying to have a nice family vacation I highly recommend.”
