”Beautiful resort, HOWEVER, if you aren't an entomologist you might not like your stay here. The doors don't seal, the windows don't seal, the outdoor shower doesn't seal, and that results in every bug and small animal in your villa. That is unacceptable for a "4 star" resort. While it wasn't the end of the world for us, having a June bug fly in your hair while in bed can be very unnerving or the squawk of a lizard on the ceiling at 3am can be annoying. We're not talking about a little gecko...

”Rooms are very spacious, beds were super comfortable. It’s a 4-minute walk to the ocean. Breakfast was good not great, and the pool is small but awesome. People were great and helpful. Would definitely go back here.”

”Very unique beach front property with quaint bungalows, beach access, very nice pool, yoga studio and adjacent spa. The food at the beach front farm to table restaurant was excellent and all of the staff were very professional, kind, helpful and attentive. Loved the included breakfast and free yoga class. Close to other restaurants and stores in Santa Teresa. Great location, beautiful beach and amazing sunsets! Pura Vida!”

”I spent four nights at Cuatro Vientos with my family! We rented a room with two beds and a private restroom. Even before we arrived we already were impressed with the owners because we needed to figure out a last minute issue! They were so helpful and very friendly. Kitchen is adequately equipped, other shared areas are also well maintained and clean ”

The entrance sidewalk is steep so wear hiking/tennis shoes not sandals/ heels, Tomas did offer to help us bring our bags up which was nice but just be aware it may not be accessible for everybody.
