When my family and I return to Gloucester for our next vacation, we intend to reserve this place well ahead of time.”

”The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. Only a few minutes away from downtown.”

”We were here visiting Family in NH , MA and Vermont , and Maine, easy to get to all for day trips. Apartment was Perfect for the 2 of us to hang our hats and unwind with a great view of the OCEAN/RIVER. Would definitely return again on our next trip to NE. Thank you Elizabeth.”

”This is a wonderful upstairs apartment with a small porch overlooking the southern harbor in Rockport. Great morning sunrises. Great location for walking around town and Bearneck, and for traveling to Halibut and Gloucester and surrounding areas. Very clean and Gigi was an amazing host. You get to the apt through a short clean alley between buildings but it was always clean and meant easy walking distance to some fun shopping and great food and incredible ocean views. will be staying here again.”

”2 large windows look out over the roof tops at Cape Ann light, short walk to the shore for views of the Twin Lights. Easy car access to Gloucester, Rockport, Halibut Point State Park. Very quiet and the hosts are very thoughtful.”

”The unit is the whole first floor of an older house, rearranged into two bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, AND a den (plus kitchen). The bathroom is quite small and needs better lighting. The master bedroom could use a luggage stand (no other furniture or closet in the room). And there are renovations that aren't quite finished. But overall its quite nice. Everything works. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very good value and will repeat.”

”The accommodations are lovely if you appreciate an old building. I did. It has character, clean and a little on a slant. Had several laughs about the slanting floor :) I imaging the building is at least 100 years old. Stairs are a little challenging if you have any dexterity issues. No onsite parking was not disclosed in any research, did not know this until getting check in instructions. Area is beautiful.”

”The house was perfect for 5 of us to stay comfortably. We booked this house for the main purpose of spending the weekend in Salem. Salem was only a 10/15 drive from this house! This location is perfect for walking to the restaurants right on the water.”

”Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!”
