”We stayed at the cottages which were clean and welcoming. The only thing to keep in mind is that the common area IS common, so if you don’t want to socialize, it might not be the space for you. We had a party with us that all knew each other (and we were the only room who didn’t) and they hung out there all night talking. Not a fault of the property, but maybe stay in the main inn if you’re looking for a little more privacy.”

”I paid for a 3 day stay and the tv was broken. The bathroom had a large piece of tile missing from the wall and there was a random hole in the wall ”

”Great experience but travelers especially elderly should be made aware of lack of elevators and the many stairs that have to be maneuvered when getting around property”

”Room was mostly clean except sofa bed-- Went to open it and it was full of crumbs and had no sheets on it (or available in the room.)”

”I was denied check-in because the reservation name did not match my ID. Therefore, the hotel did not provide the service. I am requesting a refund or credit”

”No parking unless you go to a garage, and they didn't even know where the parking garage was. ”

”Not far from our destination, easy to get to off main highway. The train whistle was loud and frequent until about midnight, several of the neighbors in near rooms were extremely loud with no staff intervention including soliciting from their car, and a car alarm next to our room sounding several times in the night. Room was in need of minor repairs, but linens looked and smelled clean. Breakfast offered boiled eggs, a few fruits, bagels, and waffle iron. ”
