”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”

”The Baldi is a beautiful resort. Very peaceful and relaxing and even when it was full we seemed like we had the resort to ourselves! ”

”You cannot beat the views from the property. Staff was super friendly and food was really good. They have a good breakfast with variety of options. It is about 10 minutes from town so you would need a car or to get a taxi every time you go. Ubers are cheaper. Room was great and spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi in the room. The only downside is that the tv is out of date and small.”

”Arenal Lodge was pure tranquility—secluded, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home, and the stillness of the surroundings was unmatched. I had some of the best sleep of my life there. Waking up to a breathtaking view of the volcano from the pool felt surreal—there’s truly nothing like it in the area.”

”Nice stay for one night. Room is very basic & small. Very good service at the reception. Enjoyed the pool & jacuzzis, and the small forest trail was a nice extra. Breakfast however was a joke: worst we’ve had in 2 weeks in Costa Rica. Cheapest possible ingredients and even coffee was bitter & bad (first time ever in CR :)”
