”Have been traveling a lot, If compare this experience similar in Asia , this is big disspointment, quite costly hotel, no any WOW feelings. We was waiting 7th floor room over hour and location was just a scrap, anyway room was clean and all working "old style US" Outdoor pool at hotel was run out towels and really dirty. Restaurants was closing really early at evenings , nice to see and stay short break, but one visit was enough for us. Staff was nice and Riverside restaurant was really nice...

”Great! staff, very friendly. Hotel is new and has a warm welcome. We didn’t have to leave the hotel at all during the snow storm. The Restaurant was open up to 2am, stacked up on everything. Also great team at the restaurant. Overall 10 out of 10 experience. Visiting from South Florida ”
