”Andrew the assist mgr greeted us and welcomed us back. The employees take an interest in their guests and make it feel like home. Was not a fan of how loud the kick back was Tues night. Room was over full and hard to navigate to a table. We don’t drink alcohol and it seemed everyone in there was high volume socializing. Kinda like a bar hanging out. I know they get 3 drinks and this is a huge draw for why people who partake stay here. But not enjoyable for families or those who want to enjoy...

”Right next to a busy freeway, will hear the road noises in the room. Our room was right next to the breakfast room and we had a hard time sleeping because of constant door slamming. The slams were so hard our beds shook. Also when people drag their luggage on the floors it is so loud. Could hear everyone talking as they passed our room. ”This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. ”

”I stayed at Sonesta 4/12-5/10 and the place was convenient, quiet and staff was very great, the only complaint I have is the carpet needs pulled up and replaced. ”

”Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level, ”

I was really disappointed about the pool not being open and that the continental breakfast was not continental breakfast at all was a no meat but overall, it was a good day, but I really wish I was able to get my breakfast. ”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”
