”The place was nice and nicely located. They offer drinks in the evening. I was appalled by the prices! We ordered 2 drinks, charge was $42!!! Needless to say, we left to go have a more cost effective dinner and drinks. So if you don’t mind the cost it’s all good!”

”Loved the breakfast. They upgraded our room when we requested a king size bed free of charge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had all the amenities as expected, and the staff were incredibly courteous. This will be our destination for future trips.”

”In the room where I was staying there was noise outside my window. The toilet was not working in the room where I was situated, once I told the staff they did switch my room but overall I think it could have been a better experience.”

”Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”
