Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! ”

”We enjoyed the unique decor and great daylight in this house, plus spinning tunes on the record player. The backyard pool and hot tub with views of mountains where great as well. Good location within 5 minutes of hikes, groceries, and Interstates for road trips. Rich is a stellar host. ”
