”The air b&b was very nice. Everything needed to cook,bathe, or have a great time is available. The owner is quick to respond to any questions about the property.”

”Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

”Gate guard at night for parking, both staff members I dealt with were amazing and friendly. For being in a less than ideal location and an older building, they do a great job with the property. The tv wifi was a pain to get connected but eventually did. Definitely recommend for budget travels. ”

”Breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meats available. It was just cereal and waffles. There was also not a water fountain for drinking water or to refill water bottles. Other than that, it was a good stay, the room was good and clean.”

”The floor was coming coming the bathroom because the floor gets wet. The shower curtain doesn't reach the top of the bathtub. Also the jacuzzi didn't work.”

”The place was beautiful very nice and clean great.. Only thing is when you check in they don’t mention anything about the parking but when you book it says there’s parking on site.. I charge you $15 for parking but on the website it says it’s $13.. It just would really help if they told you upfront.”

”Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! ”
