”No person at the front desk. You talked thru a kiosk. Couldn't run debit card for deposit thru the kiosk.
Took 3 tries to activate room key.
Room smelled so much like bleach needed to get room freshner. Didn't help.
Room air conditioner couldn't cool room after hours.
Had to leave and go to another motel.”

”First, at check-in the GM noticed my fiance was with me (not staying) and immediately insisted that I give him $20 because I booked only 1 traveller staying.
