”My room was roach infested there were stains on the ceiling and it looked like black mold in the bathroom ceiling, I saw a lot of drug dealing and usage along with other sketchy activities, you had the homeless roaming the property and it was noisy, I mean, there are policies and rules regarding your stay at these places, and I would think it would be enforced more, just to make it a nicer safer stay for guests ”

”Staff was cooperative, kind and understanding. My room was not prepped before hand as I had checked in 2 hours after my check-in time started. I had to wait for front staff to call the cleaners if the room was clean or not and waited 20-30 minutes for my room to be finished. Room was somewhat clean, I found a nail/screw underneath one of the bed sheets and one on the ceiling unfortunately. So, I am unsure of the thorough cleanliness of the place. Air conditioning was good, fridge and microwave...

”The towels were so dirty lucky we brought our own, the outside looks great the inside of the rooms are old and used. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it The stove was dirty and the tables all needed to be dusted the internet was slow, the ac was not cold at all. I really wish they had clean towels, they need to care about the side of the rooms now”
