”Despite limited staffing, the individual got me checked-in and out when that time came in a short period of time. My room was alot bigger than expected and clean. For anyone looking to stay somewhere in the Tempe location for a quick weekend, not looking to break the bank, I'd recommend.”

”Clean property, helpful staff. T.V was not good quality, blue screen and little T.V. ”

”Air conditioner did not work properly, it was warm in the room all night. The door did not close securely. And then when you slammed it close to close it we had to get the attendant to open it. Other than that it was ok. The girl running the front desk was awesome! The computer generated AI guy at the kiosk was horrible. I would never stay anywhere with that kiosk again”

”Convenient and accessible”

”Stayed here during Arizona Bike Week and it worked out well for what I needed. Location: Conveniently located right on Scottsdale Road, which made it easy to get around and ride to different spots. Area: The surrounding area is a bit older. Not rundown, but there were a few sketchy folks around at times — nothing that caused issues, just something to be aware of. Room: No frills, but honestly solid. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, and the shower and sink were clean, which is what matters...

”My room was roach infested there were stains on the ceiling and it looked like black mold in the bathroom ceiling, I saw a lot of drug dealing and usage along with other sketchy activities, you had the homeless roaming the property and it was noisy, I mean, there are policies and rules regarding your stay at these places, and I would think it would be enforced more, just to make it a nicer safer stay for guests ”

”Went out there to visit an ex and found this spot. Was decent for what it was. Had an issue with my booking and she couldn’t find me so i had to reach out to Expedia and get things situated and booked again at a different price, that wasn’t what it initially was.”

”The hotel is new and clean. Our room was quite big and comfortable. Nicely located and breakfast was ok. The issue was the traffic noise (especially during the weekend), which bothered us even with ear plugs. There was also an unknown issue: it felt like someone was using the washer with a highspeed spin. We felt the shaking in the beds and while standing. The polite receptionist was willing to change our rooms but we stayed due to too much hassle for us. ”
