”Sherman is a great host! The property is clean and comfortable. We appreciated a comfortable couch. We will be back”

”Solid location, quiet, and just really easy process. Good communication with Noah, and that's the key.”

”It was the perfect place for my short weekend stay. The place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. I did not use the pool, but it looked nice from the balcony view. There is no balcony entrance from the unit (27C). You access the balcony from the building hallway. It was too hot to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it had some comfortable spots to sit when the temps are lower.I would definitely stay here again.”

”This was the best little place! VERY clean, easy check in, great location, very comfortable beds, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!”

”It is the perfect getaway spot! Located less than 10-15mns from all the sights, Old Town, the Phoenix Zoo, restaurants and other major attractions (at least the ones I wanted to visit). The rental itself was perfect-- it is fully equipped and stocked with all the kitchen gadgets you could ever need. The host was super responsive, kind and flexible. I will definitely stay here again!”

”Excellent communication and location. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. ”

”super cute and clean area and such a good price!”

”The quietest apartment complex we have ever visited. Great location to the Fashion mall…quite walkable. Old town is walkable, but with the heat, driving is more practical. This time of year parking is easy as the high season is over. Didn’t swim after all, but the pool looked clean and inviting.”

”This place was perfect! Clean and comfortable. The host was great and made sure we were settled in and had everything that we needed. 10/10”

”Condo was spacious and clean. Amazing location- close to the pool, walking distance to Kierland Commons. Well stocked kitchen to cook most of our meals. 20 minutes from the airport. Located inside a gated community with a designated parking spot. ”

”Wonderfully clean, quiet and very conveniently located condo! Great value and the hosts were available and communicative. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool. Exceptionally quiet complex. Beds were comfortable. All necessities were provided if needed. We had a great time and would definitely book again!”

”What a wonderful condo has everything you need for a great stay.. View from the deck is over looking the pool was fantastic.. Sherman was fantastic to work with. Easy check in. Would definitely rent again.. was definitely pleased.. ”

”Property was clean and nicely appointed Host was pleasant and helpful We had an issue with the a/c and the host had someone there reasonably quickly but it took a while to fixOtherwise a pleasant stay”

”Owner was great to work with. I would definitely come back again. Great location. Outstanding condo.”

”Great location ”

”Comfortable place but very poor communication- inadequate check-in info. Some poor upkeep on the unit. Location was nice ”

”Excellent stay. Great home and great location. ”

”This is a great condo ! Clean, beds were comfortable, everything you need to cook with is there. It's Close to Old Town Scottsdale, The Entertainment District and The Fashion District. It's not walking distance in the AZ heat but it is an 8.00 Waymo ride and they pick you up right outside the condo. Only downfall is it is one of the furthest condos from the pool area. However, the walk is well shaded. I loved sitting by the pool every morning talking with Chris and I highly recommend...
