Asunnot – Pohjois-Seattle

”The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners. There was no garbage bags, no sponge to wipe the dishes before putting them in the...

”This is a very small but well designed cottage in the yard of a larger house that is also rented as a vacation property. This is a a good neighborhood in a great location. However, the cottage is on a wooded lot and is very damp. There is a strong mold/mildew odor. The owner has apparently recognized this and placed a scent dispenser in the unit that only makes things worse. Also, there are appliances (hot plate, electric kettle) plugged into an extension cord that is plugged into a power strip....

”the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there...

”Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. ”

”The apartment met my expections. It was a ground level apartment in a townhouse, with plenty of space, nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The temperature in the apartment was on the low side, and the keypad lock required a bit of patience and work in entering, but all was clean, functional and as communicated. Bus stop on the main road was just two minutes walk away, which made commuting fluent.”

”A really nice affordable, safe, clean option to be close to Ballard and downtown.”
