”The location was really convenient. We could walk to downtown Ballard, plus there were lots of great places within a few blocks. Our room was efficient. It would have been nice to have a chair in the room to read vs the small bench. The communal kitchen on the first floor was a nice addition. We also appreciated having a small kitchen in our room. ”

”Nice vibe in the neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive. Clean place and well maintained. My only issue was the parking...I had an SUV and had no idea the spot was that tight. Needed many people looking as I squeezed in without hitting the column or car next to me. Should let people know that. But great stay!”

The host was very friendly and available for communication. Downtown Seattle is a really cool place and this apartment made a perfect home base to explore it from. ”

”Our family of 5 (4 adults and 1 teenager) had a wonderful time. What beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The property is rustic and reminds us of glamping. We used the provided kayaks around the inlet and saw otters and eagles. Randy, the property host, was very personable and communicated very well. Would definitely book again!”
