”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”Very old infrastructure, most textiles, floor mats etc. seem old and scruffy. The public spaces were well maintained and very nice. Excellent gym. Very good location for conference, can take clean city train to McCormick and avoid the dysmal public transit system.”

”I enjoyed our overnight visit at the Wit! Took a while to arrange the car valet service, by front desk check in was prompt, and we were happy with the room on 10th floor with a good view of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very quiet on that floor, bonus! The pillows are so wonderful, we slept well! Love the location! Not far from the Art Institute, and Millennium Park, and lots of good restaurants and nearby shopping! I would stay here again, except the restaurant...

”Loved the old school vibe and the location. Very close to many things. Right by the Miracle Mile and the Water Tower. The rooms were clean, the employees were helpful and considerate. I have no complaints.”

”The pool was not handicap accessible, being there for a wheelchair softball tournament, many of the teammates were unable to hang out together because there was no way to get to the pool. The rooms were clean, a little outdated, but the walking distance to the parking was tough as well. Parking in garage, the skywalk was quite a distance. Not to mention when you have to pay to park in your hotel that you already pay to sleep!!”
