”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”We had an amazing three days in downtown Chicago and the Palmer House. Hilton was at the center of everything. We got to see Hamilton, which is literally right across the street from the Palmer house and garage parking was conveniently located across the street on Wabash.
