”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”Clean, comfortable, and friendly. My only issues are minor like the card scanning in the elevator being a little finicky. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.”

”My room was very clean. The stay was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Since my room was ready they even let me check in early! There are 2 restaurants in this hotel. We had drinks at the one near the lobby and we ate at the ROOF. The food was delish! The environment was fun. We were worried that it was going to be more for the 20 something crowd, but there were adults of every age there. This hotel is also just steps from The Chicago Theatre which makes it super convenient...

”The location of the Orrington is excellent but the star of the Orrington is delfinitely its staff. They were friendly, helpful and handled busy and problem situations with grace and solutions. Gotta love the midwest!”
