”I would recommend for a weekend stay. The green surroundings are beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the time outdoors. Friendly customer service. Room noise cancellation could be a bit better. At least during a weekend, there are a lot of families so be prepared to share the swimming pool with children running around ;)”

”We had prepaid our room in full. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged our card for the accommodation. He didn’t tell us that he is charging the card. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology. We get a message when something is charged on the card. On the day of the departure accounting department said that they will remove the charge. It took more than 2...

”This location is in a great location if you don’t want to stay in downtown Chicago. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is questionable. We experienced blood stain sheets upon our arrival. There were several spiders in the rooms on the floor and windows. Additionally the beds seem old and are very uncomfortable. The biggest highlight were the staff that supported breakfast. They were very nice, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests.
I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hyatt if...
